PRODUCT ORDERS

All purchase orders placed through the site are subject to Little Digs Kids’ acceptance. Little Digs Kids may refuse to accept or may cancel any purchase, whether or not the purchase has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Little Digs Kids will issue you a refund.

 

ORDERS & SHIPPING

We know your little kids will dig your items and like our kids, our parcels are precious. We promise to handle them with care.

*We are committed to sending your order the next business day unless otherwise communicated with you.

* Shipping rates will be calculated at check out.

* Generally we will use Australia Post and anticipate the following delivery times:

 

Standard Delivery

* South Australia- 2 - 5 business days

* Interstate (Metro):  3 - 6 days

* Regional:  Please add 1-2 business days

 

Express Delivery

Most express deliveries will arrive within 1-2 days of dispatch, although in rare cases, some may take an extra day or two.  Please keep this in mind when placing your order as we will not be able to refund the cost of express delivery if there are delays beyond our control.

 

Courier Partner

We’re all about good old customer service. As such, if a registered courier partner can delivery your items faster, we will choose that service and shipping rates will be as described as at check out.

 

RETURNS 

You didn’t dig you order? We’re disappointed to hear and we’re here to help.

* If you feel the item ordered is not right for you, we are happy to exchange or provide a credit note. The item must be in its original condition and packaging for refund or credit note approval.

* Simply email details of your order receipt and a reason why you’re returning the item to hello@littledigskids.com.au.

*Returns must be shipped to PO BOX 15, LAMEROO, SA, 5302.

* Please return the item/s to us within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange or credit note. This applies to full price items only - we do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items (this includes using discount codes).

* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

* Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges will only be waived if the returned item is faulty.

* We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if you have ordered a brand other than Little Digs.

* Exchange items will be processed as a new sale and a return. Place and pay for a new order online or via email, and return the original item, to be exchanged, for a refund.

* Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

* Any credit notes issued will be valid for the period of 12 months.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

We will advise by email if an item is out of stock, along with the expected delivery time. Please note that your order will only be delivered in full, when all products are available.

 

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

Little Digs Kids will charge your credit card in Australian dollars, based on today's exchange rate. Your credit card company does the conversion to your currency on the day they process the transaction.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed on the site are subject to Australia Post and courier partner timeframes. We will make our best efforts to post your item the following business day. You agree that Little Digs Kids is not responsible for any deliveries associated with courier and post partners.

 

FREIGHT CHARGES

The product prices listed on the site do not include freight. You will be advised of the freighting charge at the time of check out, prior to entering your payment details.

 

NO LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Little Digs Kids is not responsible or liable for your use of the content, the site, or the materials and products available for purchase on the Site.
